7. Warranty

Products sold by Aivox may include a manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be made according to the manufacturer's terms.

The product has 1 year comprehensive warranty for technical defects only not for software if any third party app installed in the product and 3 years extended warranty for panel only and for technical defects only not for any type of physical damage ,moisture etc and service charge is also applicable as mentioned in warranty card.

All terms and conditions are mentioned in the warranty card provided within the box

Physical original warranty card with invoice copy (both) is mandatory for claiming any type of warranty of the product otherwise whole warranty will be void.
